Order Processing Time:

Most of our items are custom made to order. Depending on how many orders that we receive from customers, wait times for an item can take 1-2 weeks until they are packaged and shipped.  Please allow 2-3 days processing time for all in stock items.

Orders are fulfilled in the order that we receive them on a first come first served basis.  

Payment:
We accept PayPal and ALL major credit cards at checkout

Shipping:

We ship all items with tracking via USPS.  

Refunds/Exchanges:
All sales are final unless otherwise stated.   If there is a malfunction or product failure due to craftsmanship, we will offer a complete refund or exchange upon return and inspection of the product.  If a specific leather is not available at the time, another leather can be suggested that is similar.  Availability of leather varies depending on supply and demand.  Leathers can sometimes take weeks to be delivered to us.

Additional Info:
Every item we produce is unique and one of a kind.  Since all leather hides are different not all of our handcrafted items will look alike, that includes but not limited to branding marks and natural scars in the hides.  That is what makes each piece special and a true one of a kind.
